Insight Out is an immersive dance intensive led by mentors Ivo Ivanov and Stephanie Buhova. Designed to dive into the magic of movement, it offers two transformative days filled with 6 hours of training, knowledge-sharing, and energy exchange.

Since its inception in 2021, Insight Out has hosted 6 unforgettable editions in Bulgaria’s prestigious Academy 360 studio and one in Macedonia’s Beatrix Dance School. The intensive features four unique workshops, including individual classes by Ivo and Stephanie, a collaborative session, and the signature "Exploration Workshop", which presents a fresh and inspiring theme each time.
